Hi, I am Sanja.

I’ve been drawn to innovation, technology, and visual art from an early age. This passion, combined with my problem-solving instincts, has led me to a fulfilling career where I integrate creativity with technology, allowing me to do what I love every day.

I lead software design of AI and SEO tools for WordPress ↗, transforming content creation for millions of users. With 10+ years of experience, I’ve shipped features across a variety of SaaS products, company sizes, team structures, and on-site and remote setups. From early ideas to delivery, I move fast, focus on outcomes, and bring strong craft to everything I design.

I deliver across the full product design process and thrive in ambiguity. I partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive discovery, alignment, and decision-making, ensuring we build the right features that deliver value to both users and the business. I make thoughtful decisions that balance user needs and business goals. I care about momentum: getting the right things out quickly and iterating with intent.

I value collaboration, flexibility, and building lasting relationships. I share early, invite feedback, and believe good ideas can come from anywhere. I’m reliable, calm under pressure, and focused on doing the work that matters while staying kind, curious, and connected along the way.

Outside of work I sing ↗, bake, hike, enjoy art, pickleball and chess, and I lead a small, just-for-fun, amateur choir. I’ve lived in four countries, and my experiences across cultures shape the way I listen, think, and connect.
